Let me be real for a second. People always ask me how I do it all. Acting, running multiple fashion brands, designing, creating, and somehow not completely losing my mind. The answer is simple. I don’t do it perfectly. I just make it work, and somehow it all fits together in a way that feels natural. Acting, fashion, and entrepreneurship are all parts of who I am, and honestly, they feed off each other in the best ways. Each piece of my life teaches me something that makes the other pieces stronger, more creative, and more meaningful.
Juggling My Passions Without Losing My Mind
I have always loved doing a million things at once. When I am on set, I am all in. Every emotion, every line, every nuance of the character I am playing matters. Working on Euphoria with Zendaya was insane. Her energy, her focus, and her ability to just be on set was contagious. Watching her reminded me how important it is to be fully present for every project you take on. And Timothée Chalamet on Hot Summer Nights was another lesson in dedication and artistry. Seeing him balance his craft with personal projects inspired me to embrace every part of my career without compromise.
Even while acting, I am thinking about my brands. Acting teaches storytelling, and storytelling flows into the way I approach design and business. When you are telling a story, you notice details, you think about how people will perceive things, and you understand the power of presentation. All of these lessons carry over to Bagatiba, Basic Swim, and Tase Gallery. Cross-pollination is what makes it fun rather than stressful.
Running My Brands Like a Boss
Then there is the business side of my life. I have Bagatiba, Basic Swim, Tase Gallery, and Tase Home. Each one has its own energy, challenges, and creative opportunities. Bagatiba started as a tiny passion project designing delicate jewelry. Seeing it grow into a celebrity favorite and being featured in global publications is surreal. Basic Swim allowed me to explore minimalist swimwear with a modern edge and make it accessible. Tase Gallery became this playground for immersive experiences where fashion, art, and lifestyle collide. Tase Home, our furniture line, gave me a chance to translate that creativity into tangible objects for people to bring into their homes. Collaborating with Nordic Knots on our first rug collection was a dream because it merged art, design, and functionality in a way that felt fresh and exciting.
Running these businesses is not just about managing operations. It is about vision and energy. I want everything to reflect what I believe in and the aesthetic I am building. I rely heavily on my incredible team, but I make it a priority to be involved in the creative direction of every collection, launch, and collaboration. It is demanding, but when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.
Mindset Is Everything
One of the most important factors in managing everything is mindset. Believing in yourself and trusting your instincts is non-negotiable. Planning is crucial, but adaptability is even more important. Things rarely go according to schedule. Shoots run late, shipments get delayed, collaborations require last-minute tweaks. Staying calm and tackling what matters in the moment is how I keep it together.
I also carve out time for myself. Rest, inspiration, reflection. These moments are essential. They are when the best ideas come to life. Whether I am sketching a new jewelry piece, planning a short film, or preparing for a lead role in Love Bomb, taking time to breathe allows me to approach each project with clarity and energy. Balance is not about doing it all at once. It is about making time for the things that recharge you so that you can show up fully for everything else.
Fashion Meets Film
Fashion and film have always been intertwined in my life. On set, I think about wardrobe and style in ways that most actors might not. Every costume, every accessory, every detail communicates something about a character. My background in fashion gives me a perspective that is really useful on screen. At the same time, acting influences my fashion work. Seeing how clothing moves, how it photographs, and how it feels on camera helps me create designs that are dynamic, alive, and versatile.
For example, when I was preparing for Love Bomb, I thought carefully about how costume and character could interact. I bring the same attention to detail into every jewelry collection, every swimwear line, and every gallery piece. Fashion and acting are two sides of the same coin for me. They are both about creating experiences and telling stories that resonate.
Looking Ahead
Balancing acting, fashion, and entrepreneurship is a constant journey. Each year brings new opportunities and challenges that push me to grow. I am working on my first short film where I am writing, directing, and starring. That project excites me because it combines every skill I have been building over the years. I also have collaborations coming up in fashion and home design that feel more ambitious than ever.
Ultimately, balance is personal. What works for me might not work for anyone else. The key is to stay true to your vision, trust your instincts, and embrace the challenges of pursuing multiple passions. Acting, fashion, and entrepreneurship are not separate worlds for me. They are all part of the same story, and I love living it fully. Every set, every design, and every business decision is a chance to grow, learn, and create something meaningful. That is what makes life exciting, fulfilling, and worth it.
